  • I had sooo many veggies left over from the other day, I threw them in a chili I made today! 🥘 The Chili: Brown ground beef in a bit of oil. Add chopped onions and sauté until soft. Added minced garlic, chili powder, pepper and English mustard. Mix. 🥫Add tomato chopped/sauce/paste (ie. whatever form of tomato you have). Add about two cups of water. Stir well, cover and simmer for at least an hour (I did two hours). Add splashes of water, if the chili starts to dry out. 🧂 At the veryyy end, add salt to taste. (If you add salt at the start, it can concentrate too much as you simmer, and get too salty.) Bon appetit! 👩🏻‍🍳 #stayhome #socialdistancing
